Study of the development, responsibilities and problems associated with entrepreneurial and small business operations in organizational leadership and learning environments.

This course explores project and resources planning for organizational leadership and learning.
OLL 4525 – Organizational Leadership, Learning and Planning (3)
This course explores the many aspects of leadership as it relates to the workforce. Personal qualities, communication strategies and perspectives in leadership will be examined.
OLL 4550 – Digital Learning Systems (3)
This course provides instruction in the administration of digital networks with a major emphasis on digital learning systems and software.
OLL 4640 – Computer Design Applications for Leaders & Learners (3)
This course involves extensive hands-on activities that include spreadsheets, databases, presentation, design and publication software. Internet activities, including the design of promotional/learning materials and web page design.
OLL 4750 – Work-based Experiences & Human Dynamics (3)
This course provides an overview of various types of work-based learning experiences and human dynamics related to organizational leadership and learning.
OLL 4900 – Internship in Organizational Leadership & Learning (3-12)*
This course is designed to provide a capstone experience in which students are able to apply knowledge and skills gained through course work, and to demonstrate their capacity to function successfully in a professional setting.
