  • Designed and managed execution of ASCM’s highly valued, first of its kind, 2018 Supply Chain Compensation and Career report using data provided by survey of record response rate of 2,700 participating SC professionals. Recognized by the ASCM CEO as best research report.
  • Served two years on the Board of Directors of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
  • Served two years on the Board of Directors for the Logistics and Supply Chain (LSC) Division of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE).
  • Grew enrollment by 100% in three years while maintaining quality of incoming students while serving as Undergraduate Director of the Systems Engineering Department at UNC-Charlotte.
  • Served for fifteen years as Managing Director of the College-Industry Council for Material Handling Education (CICMHE), planning/executing the bi-annual International Material Handling Research Colloquium (IMHRC) and the bi-annual Material Handling Teachers Institute (MHTI), plus planning/executing the first Material Handling Logistics Summit, resulting in a comprehensive report to the MHI Board of Directors.
  • Opening speaker for the Pan American Advanced Studies Institute (PASI) on Modeling, Simulation and Optimization of Globalized Physical Distribution Systems, held in Santiago, Chile in August of 2013.
