Achievements
Brewer was instrumental in optimizing safety stock for over 1,700 retail locations and 75 distribution centers of Lowe’s Hardware, where she managed inventory optimization exceptions and collaborated with supply chain planning teams to align inventory needs effectively. She successfully implemented and managed third-party logistics partners in the North China region, ensuring that key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery, were met; this significantly reduced excess inventory and saved over a million dollars through strategic evaluations. Furthermore, Brewer tackled complex international supply chain issues, enhancing data integrity and resolving various anomalies, including tariff and purchase order issues.
Areas of Specialty
Brewer specializes in data analytics with a focus on supply chain management. She’s particularly experienced in international transportation and logistics within the North China region. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in data analytics, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in computer information systems and a minor in supply chain management. Brewer earned a graduate certificate in supply chain management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNC Greensboro) and attained All But Dissertation (ABD) status for a doctoral degree in business administration at UNC Charlotte, where she focused her research on supply chain resiliency and the impact of disruptions on both global and domestic levels.
